2024 Calendar 


2024 Goals

  1. Increase OBI enrollment and staffing.
    1. Recruit 15 new students. (10 from OBN Churches)
    2. Recruit 2 new instructors from OBN churches.
    3. Recruit instructors (to develop Woman’s track)
  2. Develop effective communication for OBI.
    1. Develop a new website for the school.
    2. Develop email domain for OBI.
    3. Use texting software to reach people.
    4. Meet with 80 Pastors/leaders from OBN.
  3. Nurture OBI relationship with OBN.
    1. Offer training to OBN churches in the fall. (Discipleship training, Evangelism training)
    2. Offer class in another language. (Micronesian, Korean, Japanese)
    3. Offer training for Pastors, (Practical Shepherding Class)
